Privacy Policy

ProAge Pte Ltd (“ProAge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates ProAgeing.org and related tools, including the Member Dashboard and the Mature Workforce Readiness Check (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and job title — for example, when you sign in, submit an organisation enquiry, or complete the Workforce Readiness Check.
• Self-assessment results you choose to save, such as your check scores and trend history, when you create an account.
• Basic technical information (such as browser type and general usage patterns) necessary to operate and secure the Service.

We do not collect data through medical devices, and nothing you provide or receive through the Service forms part of a medical record.

2. How we use your data

• To operate the Service, including saving your results across devices and building your personal trend history.
• To respond to enquiries you submit, including organisation briefings and Workforce Readiness Check follow-ups.
• To send sign-in links, and, where you've agreed, follow-up communication about our programmes.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Basis for collection

We collect and use your personal data based on the consent you give at the point of providing it (for example, via a consent checkbox), or where we have a legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you've initiated.

4. Third-party service providers

We use the following service providers to operate the Service, who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for saved results.
• Resend — delivery of sign-in and notification emails.
• Google Cloud Platform — website hosting and infrastructure.

These providers may store or process data outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your saved results at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your data at any time.

Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide certain features, such as saving your results across devices. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer below.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted storage. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 without appropriate consent.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
