Help your mature workforce work longer, better.

Why ProAge

Built on real experience, not theory.

ProAge works at the intersection of exercise physiology, gerontology and workplace health — close to 20 years of applying that science to how people age, and how they keep working well. Along the way, that's included national active ageing projects with the government, regional human resource initiatives with multinational corporations to help mature workforces work longer and better, and ongoing collaboration with global experts in the field.

The programmes

Three ways to bring this to your people.

Whether your people start with a free check or the full 2-day workshop, it's the same core framework underneath — Celebrate You (11 Domains) and the Bridges Transition Model — so the approach stays consistent no matter where they begin.

2-Day Celebrate You

An immersive, in-person workshop delivered through your organisation or broker channel — the same core framework used across every ProAge touchpoint, brought directly to your people. It's followed by a 12-week digital programme that keeps the momentum going after the workshop ends — application-based, with ongoing engagement designed to turn a single event into sustained behaviour change.

Half-Day: Purpose & Career

A focused half-day session for employees navigating retirement or a major career transition — built on the same Celebrate You framework, helping them name what's ending and draft a first, honest direction for what's next.

Why this matters for you

Your workforce is ageing too.

Retention of experienced talent. Helping mature employees stay capable and confident supports retention of institutional knowledge, not just headcount.

Capability, not just wellness. This isn't a generic wellness perk — it's built specifically around what determines whether someone can keep working well as they age.

Complements what you already run. Designed to sit alongside existing EAP and wellness programmes, not replace them.

A free taster for your people. Employees can try ProAgeing.org's guided self-checks today, at no cost — a low-friction way to see the approach before committing to a workplace programme.
